Vina Zorzal, Sea of Dreams 2020

The story of Vina Zorzal began in 1989, when, after a lifetime working in wine, Antonio Sanz fulfilled his dream of producing his own wines in his native Navarra. He realised that making great wines depends more so on the vineyard than the winery, and today Antonio's sons, Jorge & Javier, continue their father's approach to organic farming & winemaking. Sea of Dreams 2020 is made from 100% organically farmed Garnacha grown in a mix of clay/limestone soil. The nose has inviting notes of clove, blackberry, and soft cherries. The palate is equally very soft, medium-full bodied and powerful, with a long, balanced finish. Ideal for cured meats, stews and other hearty foods.
